1. What this platform is

Help Service Marketplace ("the Platform") is a directory and connection service that helps customers find and contact independent local technicians and service professionals ("Providers"). The Platform is not the employer, agent, or partner of any Provider, and does not itself perform the services listed.

2. No guarantee of service quality

Providers are independent professionals. While the Platform reviews and approves Provider profiles before they go live, this review does not certify a Provider's skill, licensing, insurance, or the quality of any specific job. Any agreement for work, pricing, and payment is directly between the customer and the Provider.

3. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, and for keeping your account/OTP access secure. Providers are responsible for keeping their service areas, categories, availability, and pricing information current.

4. Reviews and conduct

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. The Platform may moderate, hide, or remove reviews or profiles that violate these terms, including fake reviews, abusive conduct, or fraudulent listings.

5. Disputes

Disputes about the quality, pricing, or completion of a job are between the customer and the Provider. The Platform provides a complaint/report channel and may suspend a Provider's account pending review, but is not a party to and does not arbitrate the underlying service agreement.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
