• To match customers with relevant nearby Providers.
• To verify Provider accounts before they go live.
• To send SMS/push notifications for matching job requirements.
• To moderate reviews and complaints.

3. What we share, and with whom

When you contact a Provider or they respond to your posted requirement, they see the details needed to respond to you. We don't sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to resolve disputes or complaints. You can request deletion of your account via the Contact page.

5. Your choices

You can update your profile information at any time, switch language at any time, and request account/data deletion by contacting us.
